Conditions of registration

Registration is required to attend the conference and remains opened as the available space permits. Registration can be done online only and is opened now.

Fees

• Registration fees: 25€ (visitors)
• Registration fees: 15€ (students)
• Registration fees: 200€ (speakers)
• Lunch: 15€ (visitors)
• Lunch: 10€ (students)

Attending the lunches is not compulsory.

Payment

Three ways of payment are available:

• CREDIT CARD. — Secured payment with Paybox and by credit card will be available from February 24.
• CHEQUE. — Exceptionally, payment by cheque is accepted. The cheque must be made to the order of the « Agent comptable de l’Université Paris 13 ». It must be sent by post mail with the summary of registration to the following address :

• ON-SITE. —  In case of payment by cheque on-site, the amount due will be increased by 10%.
  

Conference registration includes:

1. entry to all sessions 
2. simultaneous interpretation English/ French or French/English of each intervention
3. conference kit containing satchel, cardboard folder, programme, abstract of papers, pen and cd-rom with the full text of the presentations
4. coffee breaks
5. lunch, if chosen
   

Security

The access to the National Assembly by the public is given on presentation of the ID card. Please, make sure you bring your ID card for the conference.
